Hey all! 

The midwinter meeting date has been set for February 13 in Springfield.  The place and time will be announced at a later date.  Mark your calendars now! 

Parents, grandparents and adults:  Remember you must be an Associate Member a minimum of two weeks prior to the meeting to be able to exercise voting rights!  Get your memberships sent in right away! 

We are currently planning to have a membership meeting on March 14th at 11:am at Midway Trailer Sales in Litchfield, IL.

An agenda will be posted in the next few days. Some of the main topics is to review upcoming invitations to rodeo with high school on April 4th & 5th and April 18th & 19th and also State Finals Location and Dates.  (A phone vote was taken on March 4th by Jerry Goodin just on the April Rodeo invitations. April 4th & 5th votes 36 yes - 18 no - 12 could not contact. April 18th & 19th votes 45 yes - 9 no - 12 could not contact.)
