2. Complete all forms listed above (Pages 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5).
(Please review the forms to make sure that all parent/guardian's signatures
and the contestant's signatures are entered in the correct areas. If you have
any questions regarding the membership applications, please call
217-341-3006 for assistance.) ALL five (5) forms MUST be received by the
State Secretary to become an active contestant member.
3. Include membership dues of $125.00 for the 2010-2011 rodeo season.
($80.00 for the National Wrangler Division and
$45.00 for the Illinois Wrangler Division
- remember you are joining the two (2) associations.)
Make one (1) check or money order for $125.00.

The Adult membership fees are $20 per person for the 2010-2011 rodeo season.
As an adult associate member you will be able to become personally
involved in the NHSRA Illinois Wrangler Division.
You may - vote at meetings, hold an office, help support the association.
You will be kept informed of all NHSRA Wrangler Division activities by
receiving the newsletters.

Shavings will be available for $8.00/extra large bag.
T-shirts & sweatshirts will be available for purchase.

Payback each day, team awards Sunday.
Back numbers will be provided.
EMTs will be on site.
Points will be awarded per each State’s discretion.
Concessions will be available.
Motels, Super Walmart, Restaurants only blocks away from campground.
DuQuoin Fairgrounds personnel will collect for camping after you park.
Very nice showerhouses on grounds.

Directions: From Illinois Rt. I-57 take the Benton exit(exit 71), go west on Rt. #14 approximately 14 miles to Route 51. Turn right(north) on Route 51 and travel approximately 2 miles passing the main gates of the fairgrounds. Follow the signs on the right to Gate #3. This will be directly off Route 51.
